For folks wondering about the Flat rate option we have in the poll right now. What this would change is their would no longer be a discount for pre-register (believe it or not people where not taking advantage of it) just the normal $15.00 entry fee we have always had. The change will allow us to do food every event as long as we stay at MindScapes.

With saying this folks, registration is still a big deal as this will Guarantee a seat for you at the event until 9pm after that it is free reign for people walking in the door.  Last event only 20% of the people who actually pre-registered even by the date cutoff for the discount even showed up! Majority of the folks who you gamed with walked in off the streets with the announcement in the Eagle's GO! Section.

Registration is also a big deal with our Sponsors, they want to see numbers in the registration area get close to our expected ammount. They also look at web statistics (hits etc.) for how much they plan on sending us for prizes and such. We plan on keeping a more detailed count of people every event to compair to registration. We will also be asking walk-ins if they are registered with wichitalan.com or not and if not getting their email address to add them to the mailing list for future events.

So keep this all in mind as you vote through the weekend and we will see the results April 1st and announce either a flat rate for entry or keeping the discount and announcing the final cutoff date for it.
