WLP rules are established for the safety and comfort of all attendants and to enhance the gaming experience for everyone. Violation of these rules may result in termination of game play, network cable unplugged, you may even be asked to leave. No money is refunded for players who have their gaming terminated. Remember this please!

1. WLP supports the ESRB (http://www.esrb.com/) industry rating system for computer games and the voluntary enforcement of this rating system. THIS IS WHY WE MUST HAVE A RELEASE FORM SIGNED FOR EVERYONE IN ATTENDANCE! In fact you will be asked to leave if we do not have this on file! Go to our downloads section for this form. Please bring signed and dated from your parent or legal guardian if your under 18.

2. Absolutely No CHEATING! This includes walking off the map or abusing any "holes" in the game Software. Discovery of any CHEATING activity will result in immediate termination of services. Network cable will be unplugged and you will be asked to leave. You may be banned from further WLP's, remember this!

3. Backing out of a Cash Tournament after you have Signed up and payed your fee's will be considered a forfit on your part and money will not be returned but left in the cash pot. Money will only be returned if a Tournament is canceled by members of the Staff or an act of God.

4. Attendee's are not to attempt to load any programs or software onto anyone else's computers, unless specifically asked by the owner of such pc. Period! This includeds admin computers. Unauthorized access to admin computers will result in BAN from all future WLP events! This will be strictly enforced!

5. Please remember to "lock" down your computers. We have noticed at previous WLP's that many attendees have shares open to the public. If you want these left open fine, just remember if your c: drive is shared for the world to access, they more than likely will.. ;-) WLP will not be responsible for your pc being "hacked" while attending. Remember to take whatever precaution needed to prevent this from happening!

6. Talking smack during games is allowed, in fact, ENCOURAGED!! Keep it clean, though. Use the words and behavior you'd use in front of your Mother. Remember this one!

7. Obnoxious or inappropriate behavior, to include profanity either in person or transmitted electronically on the computers, is not allowed.

8. Watch your food and drinks please. We will not be responsible for your drink being spilled on your pc or the guy next to you spilling his on your pc. Remember this!

9. All media footage (such as pictures, video, recorded game-play, etc.) at WLP events becomes the property of WLP and its affiliates and may be used for advertising purposes.

10. No smoking inside.

11. No Drugs or Alcohol permitted.

12. Headphones only, No Speakers.
