At $32 for 2GB of ram = $48 for 3GB of ram so:
800Mhz = $48
667Mhz = $40.02
How I came up with the value is a cool thing called cross multiplication(which if you paid attention in 8th grade math you would know this): 667*48 then take that value and divide it from 800 and that's how much it costs for the speed difference.
